The Border Crisis Must Be Stopped
Three Spirits in January Book Review
The Media and Elected Officials Won't Acknowledge Basic Health Practices
- Getting a good night's rest: In one study shared by the US National Library of Medicine, the authors shared how proper sleep impacts your body's response to sicknesses. When you are sleep deprived, you naturally become more irritable and stressed. This creates immunodeficiency, which can cause major problems. Additionally, poor sleep can cause "a manifest immunodeficiency characterized by an enhanced susceptibility to infections and a reduced immune response."
- Eating a proper diet: Having a healthy gut can have major impacts on your body's ability to fight infections or diseases. The gut and your immune system have a direct correlation to one another. The bacteria found in your gut has been proven to have significant impact on the rest of the body's abilities. The good bacteria in your gut communicates with your T-cells, which learn to destroy certain viruses and infections found in your body, to fight off infections. Gilbert Lab shares, "When these two are in good relations, the body is equipped to respond to pathogens and to tolerate harmless bacteria, preventing an autoimmune response and ensuring overall well-being." If your gut isn't healthy, such as having a poor diet (i.e. always eating junk food), your gut and immune system won't have that communication to fight off diseases. Eating a proper portion of fruits, vegetables, nuts/seeds, lean meats, or fish will promote a healthy digestive system and healthy gut, which will also promote a healthy immune system.
- Taking vitamins: We've known of taking Vitamin C (at least) since childhood. Have you heard many medical professionals or anyone in the White House mention this? What about the effects Quercetin and Bromelain have on fighting Covid? As mentioned in one of my articles, one study showed that patients with Covid-19 taking Quercetin, Bromelain, and Zinc were less likely to develop hyper-inflammation and cytokine storm. Zinc has a major impact on your immune system. Vitamin C (as well as Magnesium) has a big impact on opening airways. Vitamin D "plays an important role in the formation and maintenance of epithelial and endothelial barriers, including lung tissue," said Frontiers in Nutrition. What did Fauci and the WHO tell us to do when Covid broke out? "Stay home and save lives." One of the main sources of Vitamin D is sunlight. This could potentially have a correlation to the number of deaths who had a deficiency of this particular vitamin.
- Exercise: Again, this is an obvious one. Exercise has numerous benefits, but I am focusing on the one for your health and immune system. It can help with a plethora of health concerns, as well as help you fall asleep quicker. As I mentioned earlier, the importance of good sleep in having a healthy immune system is beneficial, so exercise is another important practice.
- Staying hydrated: Drinking plenty of water is a major practice that many fall flat on. To have a healthy immune system, you must stay hydrated. Our body is 70% water, and that water carries nutrients to help assist different organs. If our body doesn't have proper hydration, it can't carry these necessary nutrients throughout the body. Not to mention when you are properly hydrated, this also contributes to a healthy digestive system. Remember what I said about your gut? See how these practices all tie into one another?

What Is Happening in Afghanistan...

I know everyone has seen what the current situation is in Afghanistan. President Biden made the executive decision to pull troops out of Afghanistan. After this decision was completed, the Taliban seized this opportunity to take over the country. The government has been overrun by the Taliban. What is happening there is horrendous but there is more to this story than meets the eye, and I hope to cover it all.
The Taliban is already committing horrible acts. They bided their time, and found the perfect opportunity to strike. The spokesperson for the Taliban has already stated that the women and children will love Sharia Law. For those unaware of what Sharia Law is, I'd recommend doing some research. Feminists and Muslim Democrats love to praise Sharia Law. Any article you read regarding what Sharia Law is describes the concept as equality and fair. It's all lies. Under Sharia Law, if you are gay you are killed. Women do NOT have the same rights as men. In fact, I believe the testimony of a woman is considered half truth, whereas a man's testimony is considered to be fully true. Feminists, wherefore art thou?
The Taliban is currently going to the homes of young girls and forcing them to marry to be sex slaves for the Taliban. Some of these girls are as young as 12. Boys are treated just as badly. They are treated as sex slaves and get punished for reporting the crime.
Many Afghans are trying to flee the country or have given up and expect death to knock on their door. Numerous American soldiers are trapped in the country. We've all seen the horrendous videos of Afghans jumping on the planes leaving and plummeting to their deaths.
What was Biden's response? "It's Donald Trump's fault." It really must be nice to be a Democrat. You can blame Trump for all your mistakes, and your party will eat it up like the mindless sheep they are.
Joe Biden is completely at fault for this. He was 100% correct in pulling out soldiers from that war-riddled country. What has staying there for about 20 years done for America except kill thousands of our men and women? His execution of removing troops is what has caused the situation to reach the point it has reached. For gosh sake, he left the country all the weapons. The Taliban has access to millions of dollars worth of weapons. Millions of dollars that came out of (you guessed it!) taxpayers' money. He also chose to HALT Trump's rescue plan to avoid anything similar to Benghazi.
Biden voters, I have something to say to you. Was it worth it? Was it worth all for some mean tweets? You uneducated morons have as much blood on your hands as Joe Biden. You willingly chose to believe and "ride with Biden."
Oh! Another thing to the feminidiots who support Biden. You notice who wasn't on the plane that rescued Afghans? Women or children. That's right! The President so woke about being all about women and children... didn't rescue women or children. At this point, I am led to believe that this wasn't about helping Afghans or bringing our troops home. This was about shipping in more voters and more replacement workers.
Now, this does bring up the question of should Biden have brought our troops home. I've seen it go both ways. I think he was right about bringing our troops home. But now, we've got neo-cons like Dan Crenshaw (who you'd think would be glad our troops came home) saying we should have stayed. Why??? There was no legitimate reason. I see many saying we should ship as many here to help them escape. Remember 2015 when Obama did that? See the similarity?? When Trump was President, this wasn't an issue. We cannot be the world's police. Especially not when America is crumbling. The restaurant industry is collapsing, as well as the apartment complex business. Schools are struggling, the border is out of control, and we still haven't come out of the pandemic. If we are struggling, how can we help anyone else? We have to support America First. And we need to bring Americans home now.
I truly pray that the people survive. I hope the trapped Americans escape. I pray for the Christians getting martyred for their faith. Despite what you think or the political views you have, the situation in Afghanistan is horrible. Reading the stories are soul-crushing. At least one Republican is filing articles of impeachment: Marjorie Taylor Greene. Democrats pulled out impeachment on Trump for a phone call, but nobody can do it for the crisis Biden has once again caused? There's only one thing you need to take away from all of this, if nothing else. This is the fault of Joe Biden and his administration, and he either needs to resign or be impeached.

Trump vs DeSantis: Who Would Be The Better Candidate?

This was a question I got asked on my Instagram story, when I told my followers to ask me anything political. I've noticed it's dividing the current GOP base. From what I can see, many support former President Trump and wish to see him run again in 2024. He's made numerous suggestions that this may become reality. On the other hand, there are many who consider Trump a failure and think he is doing more damage than good, thus supporting DeSantis who has overcome many odds. I thought I could tackle who I think would be the better candidate in 2024, should it be between the two.
Donald Trump began a movement that changed the look of the Republican party. No longer were we considered the party of "rich old white men" but the party of blue collar workers. Trump created policies that were truly astounding. His weakness was who he put in charge of his campaign or administration. He chose people based on loyalty alone, not loyalty AND skill.
DeSantis, on the other hand, has many of Trump's positive traits without the negative baggage.
Vince Dao shared this on Instagram, and I agree: "Ron DeSantis' main legacy has not been one of 'small government.' The reason he's so accomplished and liked by conservatives is precisely because he's been extremely good at using the government effectively to achieve conservative goals."
DeSantis focuses on Florida and helping the state. I also appreciate how he's willing to put partisanship aside to help the state, as we've seen with the cooperation between Biden and DeSantis.
One weakness I do foresee in DeSantis is how "close" he is with Israel. Don't get me wrong, I do believe in standing with Israel. Just not to the extent many on the Right do. We should be America First. DeSantis recently signed an anti-Semitism law, which some conservatives are concerned crosses the line into anti-free speech. Not to mention he supported red flag laws, which is a MAJOR turn off for most conservatives or Republicans. I haven't seen him speak on this recently, so hopefully he dropped this ideology. This doesn't take away from his popularity, as the polls have shown.
Not to mention there's more bipartisanship support to DeSantis than Trump ever had. A reporter from the Washington Post purposely lied about FEMA in regard to the Surfside building collapse, and many on the Left came to DeSantis' defense. Even how DeSantis is on the grounds, ensuring the rescuers are getting any help they need, will really stand out.
From everything I have read, DeSantis is not considering a run for 2024. He's only focused on winning his reelection in 2022. Speaking selfishly, I'd rather him stay governor of Florida for another 4 years before he goes for President. He's doing amazing work here.
As for Trump, I'm not sure if he could be the nominee. After his disastrous run in 2020, I worry the same could happen. If he does that, I probably wouldn't vote for him. It'd be for nothing. DeSantis would have a better chance. Now, if Trump runs his campaign like in 2016, I believe he'd come out on top. I will admit that before Trump's rally in Sarasota, I had really given up on his potential 2024 run. Trump finally called out the jailing of the protesters on January 6th, and asked the question we've all been asking: "Who shot Ashli Babbitt?" This was something many in Trump's fan base felt disappointed about. Whoever got Trump to talk about this should be given an award. This reinvigorated his fanbase, and potentially gave him an upper hand. Not to mention the lawsuit he's bringing against Google, Facebook and Twitter is amazing (although he could've done this when he was President).
I will note, however, that 2022 is approaching us and we need to make sure we have good representatives in office.
If it came down between Donald Trump and Ron DeSantis, I'd have to support DeSantis. I do like Trump, but I feel DeSantis could have a stronger chance of winning, due to the support he has, his likeness, and record of accomplishment. Not to mention (especially if you kept up with this blog), I have more respect and admiration for DeSantis over Trump. Again, I don't see that DeSantis intends to run for President. He seems content in Florida. I'd love to see him run, but later in the future. I do think Trump now has a shot, but he needs to do what he did in 2016.

Joe Biden Is Willing To Help Illegal Immigrants Over Our Troops

Mahgdalen Rose Interview
Question #1: "Why don’t you explain to my viewers who you are and what you do?"
Answer: "There's nobody in Congress I could think of. I know Josh Hawley wants to run. I don't think he could carry the party, and having read his New York Post op-ed about censorship, I did not feel like I was reading the words of somebody who was a genius in this. I think he's a very capable Senator and lawyer. I'm glad the people of his state voted for him, and he's representing them well. There's not one specific person I could name. What I think we need is someone from the business world, and not necessarily the business world Trump came from. We need someone who was the CEO of a company they didn't build who can show that when they entered that business, they solved the problems. Someone who can show that when they step into a new role of a business they didn't necessarily build, because it's not like this person had built America or anything, but that they could take over and hold strong over the media. I think we need a genius, but not necessarily an intellectual. Right now at this point in our country, we need someone who genuinely knows what is going on. Not someone who repeats the same talking points, but someone who can see what is going on. Perhaps someone in the news media or from the economics world, I don't think Hollywood would work, but certainly someone from the media could."
Answer: "In Virginia's case, it was a long time coming. The Democratic party in Virginia has a strong base and framework, so that one was more natural for me. There were indicators for me, even before I was here. The GOP also ran a terrible governor candidates. These people are not vetted well. Clearly don't care. Maybe if they chose better gubernatorial candidates, you'd be in better luck. The legislators barely have any Democrats. It's not that Virginia has become a solid blue state, but it's a state the GOP has abandoned. I don't think that's necessary, but it is certainly unfortunate. You may not get the Presidency, but there are local and state seats you could win back. As for Georgia, that one is difficult for me because you cannot tell me the Trump campaign did not know what was happening in Georgia, or of the work Stacey Abrams was doing. You have to remember that after Trump lost, and what happened in the Georgia runoffs, an entire group of crazy people descended to Georgia and told conservatives not to vote out of loyalty to Trump, and nobody really refuted that in a big enough way. A couple of tweets is not enough when you have these rallies with people telling conservatives to not vote to stick it to the RNC. I'm curious to see if we could win back those seats. To me, it's kind of reminiscent of when that Democrat from Alabama, Doug Jones, won over Roy Moore because we had odd circumstances and crazy people in the mix, so maybe we could win those back."
Answer: "I believe that Trump's most significant accomplishment was his foreign policy efforts, specifically getting American hostages returned. His ability to negotiate with hostile foreign advisories and come out with what he went in wanting (the return of American hostages) is unparalleled in Presidential history and what a complete turnaround from the Obama years where hostage retrieval was sluggish and often unsuccessful. Seeing hostages returned to the USA like the ones from North Korea was a great moment for the American people. Trump's biggest failure was his judgment in who he hired and who he elevated in his administration. People who had helped him get elected or had been with him from day one was repeatedly passed over in favor of grifters and yes men. Trump had an inability during his term to hire people who could be both loyal to him and brilliant at their jobs. The only real exception was Pence. He seems to have been President Trump's best hire throughout his time in politics."
Answer: "I think he ran a terrible campaign. Some people are upset when I say that, but you have to understand that this man had no policy direction. In 2016, he had an entire flock of former strategists and staffers from Bob Dole, when running against Hillary Clinton. The Dole people have spent 20 years losing to the Clintons and understood the Clinton machine. Despite people thinking Trump didn't run a real campaign, he actually did. This time around, Trump was almost removed from the strategy, and you had people who were lifelong Republicans, people who had worked in the Bush campaign like Ed Rollins, so you had a really great network. Fast-forward to 2020, Lara Trump is the only person who has strategic capacity in the campaign. You have an entire group of people who, last time, were just media advisors running with the campaign. A lot of blame rests on Brad Parscale. This man ran a tech company which I do not believe was a great success. I think we saw that with how quickly the Left could shut it down. This wouldn't have happened if he had a good tech framework. Now, the Republican party is the party of the middle class; of your average working class American; who wish to achieve the American dream through hard work. When you have a party like that, you can't run a campaign for it through Facebook ads. You have to be there. Democrats were knocking on doors and participating. The Trump campaign were just having rallies. The problem was that you don't notice things like what happened in Arizona. What's particularly upsetting about Arizona is that the Trump campaign chief operating officer came from the Republican party of Arizona, so that man should've known what was happening. He should've publicly been saying to Trump, 'You've got to leave Michigan and come to Arizona, because Cindy McCain is crisscrossing Arizona to give Biden that win.' Unfortunately, he didn't say anything. That’s why I refuse to be sad about what happened. I feel like we gave this election away, in a lot of ways, to the Democrats."
Answer: "They have a chance of regaining the House. 2022 is coming up, and the divide is much narrower. I think it's narrower this time than it was for Republicans last time in the last midterms. I’m not sure about that, but Pelosi knows that. One of the indicators was the reporting of Pelosi asking the Biden administration not to make people in House seats who were in purple districts nominees for anything because that could cause the majority to get smaller, and that they have to choose someone from a safe, dark blue district. To me, that indicates she is worried that she cannot keep the majority. The Senate is difficult. I don't know what the current Senate map is for 2022. The Senate is difficult because you need peak enthusiasm, and I'm concerned that people are going to be believe that their votes don't matter because of what was pushed by the lunatics in Georgia. These were dangerous people in that situation in Georgia who aren't being held accountable in the conservative movement like they should be. I'm worried that they're going to continue to spread lies. If that happens, you might not win back the Senate. Also, governorships are important. If we start losing governorships because of what that Kracken lady, Sidney Powell, said about the voting machines, I will have a HUGE issue with that. I will really be angry at the Republican party over that."
Answer: "There’s this thing that young conservatives think. They don't need anyone's help in politics, nor should they involve their parents. I would say, especially if you're a young woman in politics, go places with your parents to political events. Make it a family thing. Don't isolate yourself. When I was 19, I went to an event in D.C. and there were a lot of shady people there, shady things happening there, it felt very skeevy, and I had my mom with me. I could talk to her about things that were happening there. I would like to see more young conservatives get involved in politics with their parents. I'd also like to add, don't start at the national level. Go to your local Republican areas. Don't get involved in big media personalities. As you and I know, there's all sorts of problems with them, and often times, they're not good leaders or role models, as I'm sure you've seen that. Be skeptical of these things. Don't go trying to look for representation."
